Dallas Orr was a great kid. Unfortunately his life was taken too soon at the age of 18. He wanted to join the navy someday and possibly become a cop. But now all we have of him are our great memories. He recently moved to Phoenix AZ to spend time with his mom. He was unemployed and he didn't have life insurance.
