Jayden has a rare heart condition which dramatically affects his every day life. As he gets older the effect of this condition worsens making every day tasks a struggle.

3 years ago, we managed to secure an electric wheel chair and this made life so much more accessible for him.

Unfortunately the chair kept breaking down leaving him stranded at times.

it gets fixed then breaks again. The charity no longer provide these chairs and means he’s not even accessing school at the moment.

the money would go on a top of the range chair so we know he could get around and be normal like he wants to be.

without a chair he has tried to get to school and walk around but this has landed him constantly tired and needing an ambulance on 3 separate occasions.

in the future we know that a life changing operation would be needed. The possibility of going to America for the surgery hangs in the balance. Any money you can give would be greatly appreciated and spent on giving my wonderful son the best and longest life he can wish for.
