Hi, my name is Yasmin Badri and I am fundraising on behalf of my Uncle and his family in Deir-al-Balah in Gaza. Before this genocide/ethnic cleansing began in Gaza my uncle had spent years building his house and his small computer shop and both were completely destroyed and burnt by the IOF after he and his family were forced to flee South. His daughter Heba and her husband and child also had their home destroyed by the IOF and are included in this fundraising effort. We are asking for donations to help my uncle and his family escape to Egypt. They are sheltering in an area that has had bombs dropped all around them on the same street and even next door to them - to the point where the shrapnel came in through their roof. My cousin's baby is only 19 months old and needs diapers and milk which they can currently only afford with the help from my family and donations. With the money from this GoFundMe, we will evacuate the whole family via the Ya Hala company in Egypt (inshAllah). This money will be transferred to me and I will send it via wire transfer to my cousin Sohad in Egypt who will send the money to Ya Hala for my family in Gaza. My cousin Heba:

Hello.. I am Heba Al-Badri, Palestinian from Gaza, married and with a child aged one year and seven months. I had a small project, heritage works but since the war I no longer have any income.

Since October 7, 2023, a devastating war has erupted on the Gaza Strip, causing massive destruction, a humanitarian catastrophe, and severe famine. There is no possibility of providing medicine, as fear, terror, and anxiety prevailed. On the second day of the war, an evacuation alert was given to all residents of northern Gaza. We fled from our house under bombardment, carrying my child. He was crying from the sound of the violent bombing, and I was not able to take our things from the house, neither clothes nor the child’s personal supplies. Most of the 4-story house was destroyed, and a number of members of the house were injured. A 12-year-old child was martyred, and I was displaced from Gaza to the south. My husband and son due to the lack of any of life’s necessities (water, electricity, food, medicine...)

We need you to help us as quickly as possible to leave the Gaza Strip to a safe place so that we can live and survive and obtain the food, medicine and shelter we need to live in dignity like the rest of the people of the world.

The situation is very disastrous. There is no clean water, food, or medicine. The pollution is so overwhelming that we get sick and sick, and this is the case permanently because of the great pollution in everything.

Hello, I am Hamid Khalil Al-Badri, a Palestinian from Gaza, married, and my family which needs evacuating consists of 5 people. I am 66 years old. I suffer from chronic rheumatism, and my wife suffers from several chronic diseases and stomach problems. In this war, we lost the necessary health care and access to medications due to the collapse of the health sector in Gaza.

On the first of February of this year, the genocide destroyed my two-story house, which is the shelter for my family and the family of my son, his wife, and his young child, who is one and a half years old. The occupation also destroyed the only source of livelihood that I owned, which is a commercial store. I spent my life and my entire youth in The reconstruction of this house, but everything was gone in the blink of an eye, and I do not know how I will start my life again from scratch. There is fear of the unknown future, as I have a 21-year-old son who has not completed his university studies, but my hope in God is great and in your help for me and my family in order to save us from the suffering and tragedy of displacement, instability and lack of security.

Time is passing and the war is continuing, and we have no choice but to ask for your help by donating to save my family from death.

Details of the donation amount:

The total amount is $50,000

Of these, $35,000 is the cost of evacuating 7 adults

The cost per person to cross through the Rafah crossing is $5,000

5,000 x 7 = $35,000

$2,500 for evacuating the child.

The remaining amount of $12,500 is the cost of renting an apartment and simple living space for a few months in Egypt while we find work.

منذ السابع من أكتوبر / تشرين الأول 2023 قامت حرب مدمرة على قطاع غزة تسببت في دمار هائل وكارثة إنسانية ومجاعه شديدة ولا امكانية تقديم الدواء حيث عم الخوف والرعب والقلق في اليوم الثاني من الحرب تم انذار اخلاء جميع سكان شمال غزة هربنا من منزلنا تحت القصف وحامله طفلي وهو يبكي من صوت القصف العنيف ولم اتمكن من اخذ اغراضنا من المنزل لا ملابس ولا مستلزمات الطفل الشخصية وتم تدمير جزء كبير من المنزل المكون من 4 طوابق واصيب عدد من افراد المنزل باصابات وتم استشهاد طفله تبلغ من العمر ١٢ عام وتم نزوحي من غزة الي الجنوب أنا وزوجي وابنى بسبب عدم توفر اي من مستلزمات الحياة (ماء_ كهرباء_ غذاء_ دواء_ ...)

في الاول من شهر فبراير من هذا العام دمرت حرب الابادة منزلي المكون من طابقين وهو مكان ايواء عائلتي وعائلة ابني وزوجته وطفله الصغير الذي يبلغ من العمر سنة ونصف، وكذلك دمر الاحتلال مصدر رزقي الوحيد الذي امتلكه وهو محل تجاري، قضيت حياتي و فترة شبابي كلها في اعمار هذا المنزل، ولكن كل شي ذهب بلمح البصر ولا اعلم كيف سأبدأ حياتي من جديد من الصفر فهناك تخوف من المستقبل المجهول، حيث لدي ابن يبلغ من العمر 21 عام لم يكمل دراسته الجامعية، ولكن املي بالله كبير و بمساعدتكم لي ولعائلتي من اجل انقاذنا من معاناة ومأساة النزوح وعدم الاستقرار وانعدام الامان
