Hello there, my name is Lynne. I am a 25 year-old autistic black transgender woman.

I recently relocated out of state for the sake of my physical, emotional and mental health. I lived with my immediate family, who are transphobic. They would also control me financially; though I worked full time, I was never able to save up much money since I was forced to help pay some of their bills (car insurance, debt, etc.).

My partner (a recent graduate) and I are in the process of finding full-time employment. Things look promising, but I don’t know if either of us will get a paycheck before rent is due. I am just asking for a bit of assistance with rent and necessities until we can get on our feet.
