Jasper needs Surgery

Hi there, my name is Sam and Jasper is my little furry companion. I got my little boy when he was just a little two pound fluff ball. From the very beginning he's been by my side. We've become two peas in a pod and he has helped and seen me through so many life events.
Jasper has also been currently under specific training to be my service animal. Jasper is extremely speacil to me, and if you ask anyone who knows me, they know who Jasper. We go everywhere together and he sleeps by my head every night.
Jasper recently tore his ACL in his back left foot. He has a grade 3 luxating patella and a rip in his ACL which we cannot leave ignored. With the luxation in the patella, this means his knee cap will pop in and out of place. During surgery they will be creating a groove in his knee to prevent it from slipping out of place, as well as putting a suture into his bones (forgot which ones DX) to aid the ACL and keep them from sliding and moving where they shouldn't.
We have gone to a speacilist in orthopedic surgeries for canines and have been given an estimate.
Now every vet is different and may quote less or more, but the surgeon we have chosen for this operation has given us the break down.
Inside the video you can see a break down of all the costs of surgery. But in short, this surgery will cost anywhere from $3,700-$3,900 to repair both his knee cap and his ACL. This cost covers the anesthia ($465+), the patella luxation ($920)pre op X-rays ($331) and post op X-rays ($145). Just to give you a rough idea on how this break down for the surgery works.
I normally hate to ask for help, but he needs this surgery sooner than I could raise the funds myself. The surgeon has suggested to have this surgery done within the next 3 months. The longer we wait for this operation we worry that the ACL will continue to rip and cause more damage.
I can't offer too many rewards just becasue I need to save everything we get to put towards his surgery. But, I can offer something small.
