Family Needs Help After Devastating Fire

Edit #4 The house that they were hoping to get fell through but hoping for a new opportunity soon. I’m going to close the Gofundme on Sunday. Please pray for healing and that they can find a permanent home very soon. Together through the go fund me and private donations we were able to raise $2600 for them. Alot of that has gone toward temporary living arrangments, clothes and food but we still have some left to help toward a new home. Thank you for all of your prayers and generous donations

Edit #2 thank you so very much for the donations. I was able to drive down to Morehead today to deliver some clothes. I met with my sister and we bought some clothes that were still needed for the children. Coats for the upcoming winter weather. The biggest need right now is finding a rental. We really need to get them into a home and rentals in the area are very expensive. Thank you again everyone for all the generous donations. All are being used for needs and saving for a new home to rent. We would appreciate some added prayers through this tough time.

Hello! My name is Jennifer Blood. My biological dad, brother (Ryan), sister, and 3 nieces & nephews were involved in a house fire this past Wednesday. They lost everything. My oldest nephew went home to be with the Lord that day. He was only 14 years old. This is a terrible loss, but we hold comfort that he is in no pain and happy at the feet of Jesus.

My brother received injuries while trying to break a window to escape. I am starting this GoFundMe to help with the family's needs and memorial for “E.” As of right now, they have no belongings and no home. They are staying at a hotel. My father is currently laid off of work, so this is especially hard.

I am hoping to raise some money to be able to keep them in that hotel as long as they need and maybe get them some things that they are missing. If I raise enough money, I will be helping them find a rental property; paying deposits and such. This is such a sad time for them, and there is so much trauma and heartache. I’m hoping we can come together and help get them on their feet after this tragic time. I will be using these donations to what is needed most in the current time.

Please pray for my brother as he was in the house and experienced a great deal of trauma. Please pray for my dad as he copes with the loss of his grandson. Please pray for my sister as she lost her oldest child, and please pray for “E’s” younger brother and sister as they deal with the loss of their older brother.
