Shawn Jerome passed away January 22nd at Altru hospital after battling pneumonia and a blood infection. Through the years Shawn has had a multitude of health problems, but through it all he has always remained positive and upbeat and never let his burdens get in the way of being the best husband, dad, and papa he could be. In fact, he was Papa Shawn and Uncle Shawn to so many that he and Darla welcomed to their family with open arms.

Darla is not used to being on this side of needing help, and It is very humbling for her. She became caregiver for her mother, father and most recently Shawn, and has lost all 3 of them in a short period.

This Gofundme campaign is to help with funeral expenses, leftover medical expenses, and living expenses for Darla as she adjusts to this new life and tries to get back on her feet.
