Hi! I’m MJ, I’m a 23 year old trans guy from upstate NY looking to raise funds for my top surgery :)

Gender affirmation surgeries are life saving procedures! I have dealt with physical dysphoria since puberty that alienates me from my own body. Beyond this emotional necessity, my struggles with chronic pain make binding my chest painful and likely to cause long-term health complications that will interfere with my living. (I am in the process of being diagnosed with Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos, my joint instability causes compression shirts to move my ribs, and KT tape tears and blisters my fragile skin. My jobs in coffee and art are physical and I need all the help maintaining my wellness as possible, lol.) I waited for years to be absolutely sure surgery was what I needed to feel comfortable in my body, but now the impact of chest binding on my physical wellbeing is finally demanding immediacy.

All of the money donated within our goal would be going directly to medical bills (consultation fee, actual surgery, etc).
