Since February I have been out of work due to medical issues..I have type 2 diabetes and take injections in my eyes and cannot see good enough to drive anymore which has made Pam my personal driver now.I also have been diagnosed with stage 4 to 5 kidney disease awaiting to go to Tulane later this month to find out why my kidneys are failing.about a month ago I was rushed to the er with pneumonia and stayed there for a few days.on being discharged I went home and took my medication as advised.2 hours later I was passed out and stooped breathing on the way to lady of the sea ,after getting my heart started back I was put on a ventilator and transported to thibadeaux where I stayed for days.after I went home I started to have pain in my side that brought me back to the er.I was tested and transferred to oscsner west bank where they took my appendix out.3 er visits,,a stay in ccu ,pneumonia,1 surgery,bacteria in my blood ,has taken its toll on Pam and I.I am currently waiting for disability which will take some time.pride is why we have not done this before and why we struggled with the decision to go fund.god has given me another chance and has given Pam her husband,our children and grandchildren another chance which I thank god each day.we would appreciate anything that can be donated and thank you for your support god bless,Pam and Toby
