On January 21, Xavier Byarugaba suffered a stroke. He woke up feeling ok but soon blacked out and fell down, his whole left side paralyzed. His wife, Sarah, found him on the floor and took him to the hospital. The doctors in Kampala have told him he has damage on his brain and he now wants to get a second opinion outside of Uganda, like in Nairobi or South Africa since he isn't feeling much better two weeks later.
   
He needs to raise money to get to another doctor outside of Uganda as soon as possible. It is critical for him to heal completely from this injury. This money will serve first as emergency money to get him immediate medical treatment, and will secondarily go to pay bills and help support the family.
