Hello everyone,
It is with a heavy heart that my family and I must say our final goodbyes to our daughter, sister, mom and grandma Patricia Celedonio who has passed away on 10/16 at 1:23pm.
Everyone who has met Patty know she is the most stubborn sweetheart you will meet. She always wants to give to and support those she loves, but unfortunately she had a lot of troubles she could not escape.
Patty was hospitalized in early October due to heart failure, 3 days later just before she was going to be released she suffered a major stroke of which doctor’s were very suspicious of due to her youth.
Since the events that have transpired are so sudden and unexpected, we are asking for any help to make a service possible so everyone can pay their last respects and goodbyes.
Patty has named her eldest daughter her next of kin so she along with immediately family will be trying to share as much details as they can while still maintaining respect and privacy for their loved one.
If Patty ever touched your life, helped you out or supported you in anyway we are asking for all who can to do the same for her.
We thank everyone for understanding how hard this is for her family and respecting our privacy during this time of grief.
