MS Fundraiser

I am 30 years old and was diagnosed with MS 13 years ago, I had very little symptoms tell about 2 years ago and my symptoms hit me like a ton of bricks, I couldn't walk up stairs, could barely walk,
 (I could barely even stand somedays), I  lost all co-ordination in my body, I had trouble speaking,, I had a difficult time remembering stuff. my emotions were all over the place, I was feeling hopeless and then 5 minutes later feeling on top of the world. It was like having ADD, Bipolar Disorder and Dementia all at the same time.  I knew I was in trouble. . . big trouble. I went to 5 different neurologists . . . just 5, and got absolutely no answers, I'm sure their intentions were good but the thought of a pill just magically fixing a chronic disease like MS seemed a little to good to be true. I needed a new way to think of treating my illness, enter the world of Functional Medicine. I have been going to a ND ( Naturopathic Doctor) for 2 years as well as 2 Holistic Practitioners from Wellsley and have been seeing improvements slowly... extremely slowly which is really encouraging. I've got a bit of hill to climb and a long road ahead of me but every journey begins with a single step. Thanks for checking out my story.
