Carl Fairfield Funeral and Memorial Fund

Hi my name is Jarrod Fairfield I am the son of Carl and Brenda Fairfield. My father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Nov 4th 2021. Dad had been waiting 2 years for a lung reduction surgery as he suffers from COPD and Emphysema. The call finally came and he jumped at the chance to have it done, it is with great sadness and heartache I say he contracted an infection that could not be treated after surgery and he passed away in the ICU at the Toronto General Hospital on his 9th day of recovery. The reason for this page is to raise money for the Funeral and Memorial but it is also to help my mom. She lost her best friend and husband of 49 years in the worst way ..Due to the nature of my fathers death the insurance policy is void. The money as stated is for the funeral and memorial and anything remaining is to help my mother in these very difficult days and times ahead.
