I'm William V Hutchison (Hutch) I've been confined to a wheelchair for the last seven Years due to a double amputation, (blood Clots), throughtout the year I am confined to the house because of Mud Snow or Ice. 
This past winter I was house bound for over 70 days straight due to ice and snow. I feel so frustrated and angry. I have always been an active person. Hunting, fishing, just outdoor activtees. My wife and I Live in the Coutry and I refuse to move into Town. I've lived in citys  and I'll die here in the Country rather than move. It took a long time befor we could move to our home.
