Identical twins Claire(R) and Pearl(L) were born on April 11, 2015.
For unknown reasons, on April 23rd Claire's heart stopped and was shipped over to Fletcher Allen Hospital.
Luckily, baby Claire is a fighter and now has a heartbeat of her own, and is breathing with some help.
