Christy McNulty(Costello) baby Trey

Trey Isaac McNulty was born Saturday April 11th, 2015 at 5pm and passed away .Monday April 13th 2015 around 345 pm. He was tiny but perfect at 1lb 11 oz, he was a little fighter! Suddenly things changed drastically Monday afternoon. The only time I was finally able to hold him was to say goodbye ;( I was allowed to hold him to feel his little heartbeat against mine. He passed away in my arms, on my heart with his final breaths. I will forever love my precious little angel !!!!
