Friday night we received tragic news that my nephew, Tylor, and his girlfriend, were shot and killed in Tucson, AZ. While we are all still in shock and processing this news, it has left his 76yr old grandmother to make all the final arrangements as she lives in Tucson, Az and the rest of us live out of state.

The state only allows 14 days for family to make final arrangements and claim his body before they dispose of him as “Indigent and unclaimed” and Funeral homes require payment “in full” before they will submit a release/request for his body. The clock is already ticking and we are running out of time fast. With the help of our Aunt Cheryl, our mom has located the lowest cost funeral home to do his cremation and service. Our mom lives on Social Security and with such limited resources, we are asking for any help you can give to ease the financial burden of this tragic loss. (This is THE ONLY go fund me authorized by Tyler’s direct “next of kin” blood family)

We have just until Saturday night at midnight to raise whatever funds we can so it can be paid to the funeral home on Monday for his cremation/service before we completely run out of time. ALL MONEY raised will be transferred Sunday to our mom “via our Aunt Cheryl” and they will go together to the funeral home to pay and finalize arrangements. I am not sure how these accounts work, but if someone wishes to donate anonymously, and cannot do so through this fundraiser, I do have cash app, and Venmo, and would be more than willing to send you proof privately that I forwarded the money donated to the appropriate person. Any money received on either app until next week, I will automatically assume it is for Tylor and forward it on as such, or you can put in the comment “for Tylor”.
