Everyone who knows Tom Ford knows he is the definition of legacy at Oakland University. Unfortunately, the greatest athletic trainer to walk the walls of OU has been diagnosed with ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.  ALS is also commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease.  From taping ankles to therapy sessions, he cares deeply about every single athlete that walked through the training room the past 30 years. Not only is he is a beloved Golden Grizzly, but he is a family man that adores his wife, three children, and grandchildren as well as countless friendships. As current and former athletes, friends, and family, we are going to do everything in our power to mitigate any financial burdens bestowed on T and his amazing family.  Thank you so much, in advance!
