T & Cindy’s Motorcycle Accident Fund
Donation protected
Hello Everyone,
In the blink of an eye, our groups leisurely memorial ride, into the Black Hills of South Dakota, became one of nightmares.
On Thursday August 12, two of our dear friends Harry (Better known as T) and his beautiful wife Cyndy were struck by another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction. Through no fault of their own, their worlds have been turned upside down. They have both sustained multiple injuries, T with a fractured clavicle, 3 broken ribs, a ruptured lung, broken finger, broken ankle and lots of road rash.
Cyndy’s injuries are a little more serious and are going to include several surgeries on her knee and femur, both of which need to be fully reconstructed.
We are raising funds to help pay for the air ambulance from Rapid City back to their home in Orange County and then the ongoing expenses that will undoubtedly be substantial.
By the grace of God and their fellow former Chubb’s, who were undoubtedly looking over them, keeping them alive, together and here with us on earth, we are forever grateful.
The road to recovery will be long and painful, but if any two people can overcome these hurdles, it’ll be these two.
Thank you all in advance for your compassion and generosity.
