My son was nominated to attend the Junior National Young Leaders Conference this summer in Atlanta due to his academic achievements. I know this is a great opportunity for him to continue learning and further his academic success. But in today's economy there's no way I can dish out 3.5k plus food cost. I too had many opportunities as a child that I was unable to take advantage of due to cost. I want that to be different for my child and am hoping friends and family will be willing to help. Any amount helps us get closer to the goal and making this a reality for him.
