Hi my name is Nick Sheldon im the soul provider for my family. I worked full time as an overnight lead at a local store till my back injury. I have an awesome son and a beautiful wife i provide for, i got hurt at home back in November shoveling snow. Do to the injury being at home i get no form of income and due to that i have fallen behind on both rent and utilities. The injury has not gotten better in the time thats gone by so i applied for disability and now Im currently waiting on my disability judgment to be declared.
