This is my friend Jennie Scott. She has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that has metastasized from her stomach to her lungs and brain. Jennie is raising her 3 grandchildren: a 16-year-old, a 9-year-old, and a 4-year-old, as both her twin daughters have passed away, as well as her son. She also fosters a 16-year-old. She will have many appointments and many expenses during this difficult journey. This woman has to be the strongest person I know to have endured the pain she has and to continue to show love and compassion to everyone she crosses paths with. She has helped so many, including myself when I broke my back.
