Help Brenda Cannon Henley Rebuild Her Life

Brenda Cannon Henley has shown remarkable courage in the face of devastating loss for the SECOND time in her adult life. Having overcome the loss and challenges of Ike in Texas, and working more than three years helping Texans recoup, she now faces a new test in Florida. For the second time, she has lost everything to Helene and Milton, after losing her husband, Ted, to cancer. She did not have flood insurance due to her home's 50-year non-flood zone.

Hurricane Helene's impact was unexpected. At 81, her children are helping her transition to a life of freedom and adventure now that she has retired officially. Their objective is to provide a small RV, where she can travel, visit her children, grandchildren, and many friends she has throughout the states, and take time to explore with her family.
