It is with great sorrow to hear about the tragic news of Cesar. A true Samaritan that lost his life to do what we all know him for and that was to lend a hand to another civilian. Cesar was a God fearing man, great husband, grandfather, father and amazing friend. His lively spirit was the life of any party or gathering. This event was unfortunate and not for seen.
