My 5 year old dog, Moose, has recently been diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his snout. In medical terms, he has a high-low fibrosarcoma on his left maxilla.
My partner and I have been taking him to the University of Missouri Vet Clinic’s oncology department.
We have decided to move away from the thought of Moose having a shortened life, and are going to go through the process of radiation therapy to hopefully rid his cancer.
This has been, and will be extremely costly. We are not really ones to ask for handouts, but with new house and car payments, this unexpected expense is far-fetched from what is realistic to our budget. Any bit helps a bunch ❤️
Moose is a young, otherwise healthy pup who enjoys running with his dad, sunbathing, snuggling his mom, treats, steak, his sisters (Ruby and Zelda), walks with his grandpa, and simply living life. We want him to do all of these things for as long as he deserves ❤️
