Hello Friend & Family!

This asking for help is a really hard thing for me to do, but my situation is pretty crucial. I had an accident on Saturday June 3rd that has left me with a broken ankle in 3 places. I originally was only going to need 1 surgery but i was brought to Saint Mary's Hospital on Division and Western moments after my injury and this hospital made things even worse. They not only mistreated me, but they made my situation worse. They put a splint on me within 30 minutes of being rushed to the E.R. and put it on with no care and no patience. I was sent home within 2 hours of being there, and told to call them on Tuesday to see if they can squeeze me in for surgery. I was home for only 12 hours and was in the worst pain i have ever felt. A friend who is in the medical feild came to check me out and instantly rushed me to Rush Hospital because they were very worried about the appearance of my leg. When i got to Rush they instantly knew that something wasn't right and started to take part of my splint off while putting me on a Morphine drip for pain. They then discovered that I had developed terrible blisters and my foot was filled with blood due to the lack of care at Saint Mary's Hospital. They had to put another cast on and admitt me that night to tell me that i now would be in need of 2 surgeries due to the lack of care at Saint Mary's. So 2 days later i was given a surgury that wasn't necessary from the start, but now necessary because of my blisters. I am scheduled to get my original major surgury Tuesday the 13th which will cause me to be out of work for 8 weeks. If you could find it in your hearts to donate anything my way to help me with medical bills and all of my other expenses until i can walk again i would be so thankful.

It isn't easy asking for help, but sometimes you just have to realize that people are in your life for moments like this.

UPDATE!

Hey guys! So I just got back from the hospital and i got my walking boot put on but i can't walk on it for another 6 weeks. I need to start Physical Therapy ASAP and it will cost me $150 a visit and I have 36 visits which equals out to $5,400. As you can imagine i am not in the position to afford this. I will still be out of work for quite some time. I am still trying to make my goal for my Go Fund Me page so that I can afford to continue to fix my foot. I would appreciate ANY amount that you can give. Again, asking for help is not a thing i enjoy doing but i actually can't do this without help.
