As many of you know, Nathan is struggling with a medical condition that has caused his peripheral femoral artery in his right leg to become 100% blocked. Doctors are currently telling us that the best course of action will be to have bypass surgery. Although Nathan is covered under my medical insurance, we have a high deductible plan, and his job at the bar does not offer any benefits. Therefore, we are facing an out-of-pocket cost of about $5k for the surgery, in addition to the loss of approximately 8 weeks of pay.

So any help you can offer is greatly appreciated!
