Some of you may have saw Greyson and I on campus in November. Went we to visit my little sister Ge’onah Gray. Little did we know it would be the last time visiting her. Thank you to all the UCSF staff who received a chance to work with her. Big thanks to Dr. El-Sayed!! She had been fighting cancer for the past two years. It was a lot for me to admit that she is gone. My dad is planning to have a memorial event for her birthday in February. She would have been turning 13years old. Greyson and I would like to ask for your support to help us with travel expenses to see my dad in Mississippi to be a part the memorial event. I had to jump through a few hoops to figure out if I could share a go fund me with the hospital. Then I had to get the strength to type this. Actually making a decision to share this with everybody. You have all been supportive, even those of you who didn’t know what was going on. Everyone has been asking where I’ve been, since I’m not at work as much. I honestly wasn’t sure if I could stay at Mission bay campus after what happen. With all of your support and being on campus limited days has helped me through this.
