Hello, my name is Rick, and I’m asking for your help and support to raise money for my dog, Patches, who is very sick and needs ongoing monitoring and monthly treatments for Addison's disease to get her back to feeling better.

My wife and I just spent over $4K in emergency vet bills and are asking for help to continue these treatments for Patches.
