Please join us in supporting a local Black Trans Activist with funds for top surgery!
Racial justice is gender justice and should center those most impacted by systemic barriers that are detrimental to healthcare. Historically, access to insurance and health services for trans folks have been highly inaccessible.
Although insurance will cover some of the costs there are still other costs as well as recovery that could use full support.
Ty Bee is a deeply generous individual and activist who fights for those who are and aren't marginalized in so many ways, including organizing and working toward racial and housing justice, and continually fundraising for the needs of BIPOC in our community. Ty is someone who would literally give you the shirt off his back if you needed it (and you probably wouldn’t have to ask.) It’s time for us to turn it around and support this loved one in our community!
