Hello everyone,

Our co-worker Manuel and his family have recently fallen under significant financial hardship after his wife Susana has required an extended hospital stay due to a nervous system disease. Manuel has two sons that some of you may have met when he brought them by the Dylan from time to time. The staff at the Dylan are starting this GoFundMe to help support our friend, his wife, and their boys in this trying time. I asked Manuel and his sons if they would like to include anything particular in this description and one of the sons responded with the below-

"We are starting this fundraiser for Susana Valles. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past few weeks fighting through many battles that have come her way. She is continuing to fight every day against her diagnosis. I know that it is not easy on her, nor is it easy on her family. We would all be very appreciative if you could help in any way! We would really love to take away some of the stress that is on her and my family by supporting the medical bills that should not be her focus at this time. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers and thank you for all the support."
