Hello Family & Friends!

For those of you that don’t know, I run a small dance studio catering to low-income, inner-city youth. Within our studio, we run a competitive dance team. This team is made up of dedicated, hard-working, and fully committed dancers. Unfortunately, this season has taken a toll on a few of my dance families. Between loss of jobs, housing and two dancers being hospitalized, it has been a stressful time all around. I want to be able to help these families out as they have continuously helped me throughout the years.

We are supposed to be competing in Beast Dance Competition next weekend. However, with parents struggling to round up fees, there’s a chance they could lose their spots, not only at this competition but at our following competition in May. I’d hate to see this happen, as it not only puts the dancers at risk but it also puts me and my business at risk. I want so badly to see my business and these incredible dancers thrive one day. These types of opportunities aren’t ones they see often. I have prayed for guidance and strength through this hard time. And I think my willingness to reach out for help is the answer I needed, as asking for help is something I never do. I know I’m doing this very last minute but for my dancers, my kids as I call them haha, I have to try.

This is a last resort reach for help. If anyone would like to donate, or share with your own family and friends who may be interested in helping, I would be thankful beyond words.
