My name is Simeon (Sym), I am a neurodivergent trans boi, artist and community worker based in Birmingham. In order to support my healthcare I am raising funds for my upcoming top surgery.

Going through the NHS is not a viable option for me (as for many) due to the ongoing transphobia in our healthcare system and the rising waiting times to be seen at a gender identity clinic.

Having this surgery would bring me closer to feeling aligned with myself. I have begun medically transitioning via HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and my next essential step is top surgery.
