Symphonic Winds of the Pacific

The Claremont Symphonic Winds dba Symphonic Winds of the Pacific (SWOTP) is a nonprofit performing arts group that has performed in Southern California since 1986, offering concerts of high quality wind band literature and promoting the development of promising young instrumentalists and conductors. The ensemble's performance venues have included the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, Garrison Theater in Claremont, high schools and colleges throughout the greater Los Angeles area, and numerous yearly appearances at the Disneyland Resort and the Brea, CA summer concert series. As a result of the COVID pandemic the group is now faced with higher rehearsal expenses, as well as the loss of its equipment trailer and some of its percussion equipment from a storage yard during the 2020 COVID lockdown. They need to close a projected 2022 budget deficit. SWOTP relies entirely on member dues and donations and we hope that you will join the effort to raise the funds needed for SWOTP’s continued operation. Thank you!
