I'm posting this on behalf of some very dear friends of mine, both of whom are very active in our community and have helped many of us around here countless times. Now they need our help in their time of mourning.

Our family is heartbroken to announce the passing of our precious Sylvia. She was a kind, gentle soul who always put others before herself. Sylvia touched many lives with her compassion and quiet strength. Even when life wasn't easy, she never complained and always found a reason to smile.

Sadly, Sylvia had no life insurance or savings set aside for her final expenses. Our family is doing everything we can, but simply can't cover it alone. We are asking for help covering her cremation, which comes to around $4,000.00. Sylvia didn't have many family members left, and there's no one to share the expenses. Any amount helps and will go directly to give Sylvia the peaceful farewell she deserves.
