To my HBH family and more,
Yesterday we received news that one of our own had passed suddenly, Sylvia Romeo. Sylvia was a selfless individual who would tirelessly put the needs of others before her own. She was known for always being ten steps ahead of us all, never complained and would pick up extra shifts to help the group. And I am very sure that anyone who has ever worked with her could say that she always made our jobs easier.
As deeply as this news was felt within HBH, the impact to her family must be unimaginable. I have set up this GoFundMe page for those that would like to support the Romeo family during this tragic time. Having to deal with the loss of a wife, a mother, grandmother, and sister is devastating. Any amount to help with funeral and or other unexpected costs would be greatly appreciated. Also just to note, proceeds are directly going to her daughter's account Angelica who is arranging everything.
It is not a "goodbye," it is an "I'll see you later!"
