I am property manager for complex that is located in North Hollywood.
One of my tenants who is a single mom, with a 10 year old daughter  and has been working two jobs to pay her rent, has suddenly become ill with a Thyroid issue.  She is now two months behind in her rent; therefore, the landlord wants me to evict her. I really do not want to do this especially during the Holiday.  Although the process takes a couple of months, I do not want to ruin her Holiday Season or her daughter's. So if you can help with a small donation, perhaps we can create a Christmas, miralce and help Sylvia and her daughter Melanie to have a great Holiday.
