Sylvia Reyes Funeral and Memorial Expenses

Carmen Sylvia Reyes born July 16, 1950 at Tempe St. Luke Hospital. First born to Alex and Lupe Mendivil and eldest sibling to six brothers and one sister. Growing up in Tempe, always surrounded by family Sylvia lived a life loved by many. Creating her own family of five children, Lori Fajardo, John Fajardo, Tammy Reyes, Alex Reyes and Rosemary Cruz along with Sarah Valle whom she had the pleasure of raising as her own.

 

As she raised her family and as her family began to grow, she gave more and more love to them. Every conversation held she always spoke of how much she loved her children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren. She would proudly show off pictures of them and would be excited for every new addition to her growing family.

 

Sylvia was a kind hearted, God fearing woman. She had an obedient heart and she would always find a way to make it to the house of the Lord. Her walk with God never wavered as she continuously believed in God's promise.

She fell ill and contracted COVID. She started to feel better but  things took a turn. Her passing was unexpected and sudden to our family as she took her last breath on October 15, 2021 but was surrounded by her family. 

 

We ask you to consider giving to help cover funeral expenses as Sylvia deserves a beautiful send off. We know she is in heaven with God and reunited with her youngest brother John and her beautiful granddaughter Nena. Rest in heavenly peace Sylvia. We will miss you.
