Lynda Silvia, a single grandmother raising her 5 grandchildren, lost her home in Arrroyo Grande, CA to fire on October 29, 2020.

Imagine the challenges of raising 5 grandchildren ages 8-15 by yourself. The family lost all their possessions, and now have to stay in hotels until they can accomplish the difficult task of finding a house to rent for a family of six.

The Sylvia family has immediate need to cover costs for food and clothing, school supplies, and hotel and housing rental for approximately 6 months while their home is rebuilt.

Then after they can return to their home, insurance only covers partial replacement of all their belongings including furniture, appliances, electronics, bedding, and more.
