Ana has been an invaluable member of the Crave Downtown family, serving as the Banquet Chef. If you’ve attended a banquet event at the Hilton, you’ve experienced the care and quality Ana brings to every dish.

In 2019, Ana was diagnosed with a Pituitary Macroadenoma tumor. Despite this challenging diagnosis, Ana's strength and determination have been remarkable. In July 2024, she underwent surgery to remove the tumor. While much was successfully removed, remnants remain, requiring Ana to undergo three months of radiation therapy.
