Angela needs help!!

 For those of you who don’t know Angela she is a hardworking, self sufficient, single mother of 7. She is currently the sole caregiver of her only son who was paralyzed Janurary 2020 due to a random shooting. 

Angela is a Hopskip driver by day and Lift driver by night. For the past year she’s faced one adversity after another. Some of the issues she was dealing with included two bouts with Covid, and the discovery of a benign tumor on her trachea. The tumor which is wrapped around her vocal cords often causes difficulty with her swallowing and breathing. 

Due to all of her health issues Angela was often unable to work for weeks at a time. Leading her into a financial strain with no choice but to place her son with relatives and live in her car. 

For the past 7 months Angela has lived and worked out of her car. Her and her son were finally blessed with a home, who’s door ways are wheel chair accessible and has an open living room area where Kobe can move around with ease. 

With a move in scheduled for this weekend, things we’re looking brighter, her prayers had been answered. 

On August 22nd, exhausted after a busy night of driving, Angela decided to crash on a friends couch. She woke up early the next morning, headed to drop off medical supplies to her son to a missing car. 

The thieves stole not only all of her personal belongings but all of her medications and eyeglasses as well. Angela’s car was recovered on September 7th with extensive but reparable front end damage. Quick to help others in need, she doesn’t like to ask for help herself but is in desperate need of your support during this tough time. She will appreciate every little thing! 

Funds will go towards helping with the deductible for her car repairs, replacement for her prescription eyeglasses, rental car expenses, deposit for new house, and all the miscellaneous items that were stolen.
