Urgent assistance: Wiam, Nay, and baby Naz alone in Gaza

‏Hello to all the kind-hearted people in this world,

‏I am Weam, 32 years old, a mother of two little girls in Gaza. The eldest, Nai, is nine years old, and Naz is two.

‏I started this fundraising campaign to seek help. My husband traveled before Naz was born, and little Naz has never seen her father even once. He is on the other side of the homeland, and because of the checkpoints and the war, we cannot see him.

‏Now, I have been through a very long and difficult journey. I was displaced from my home in the first month of the war. After that, I was displaced four times inside my city, Rafah. After being displaced from Rafah, I was forced to move to a tent three times in different areas.

‏I suffered all kinds of hardships—long hours searching for diapers for little Naz, but I couldn’t find any. Life here in Gaza is catastrophic; there is almost no food available, and everything’s price is insanely high.

‏Many of my friends were with me at the beginning of the journey, but now I urgently and desperately ask for support. I am here alone without a husband or family. I lost my home forever and have been living in a tent for almost a year and a half.

‏Every small donation will make a difference for us and for my children.

Donations reach me directly from my sister in Sweden. The fundraising campaign is in Swedish Krona because here in Gaza we cannot create campaigns on GoFundMe due to the site’s geographic restrictions.

So, the campaign was created in Sweden and uses the currency of the country where it was established.
