Support Jessica's Surgery and Recovery
Donation protected
On July 30th 2024, our favorite trainer and dear friend Jessica Strott took a significant fall from a horse while riding with a group of friends. Unfortunately, Jessica’s failed attempt at impersonating an equine acrobat left her with a torn ACL and Meniscus that will require surgery and a months long recovery period to ensure proper healing. As of now, we do not have a timeline on when she will be able to return to the saddle.
Anyone who has experienced any major medical event will know that managing the cost of a surgical procedure can be as significant a challenge as the physical injury itself.
I am reaching out to our wonderful community in the hopes that we can come together to help reduce the financial burden of Jessica’s surgery, so she can focus on her recovery and eventually return to the saddle. In addition to having one of the biggest hearts around, Jessica embodies the entrepreneurial spirit and toughness required of a small business owner and true equestrian. If you are able, I invite you to join us in showing “Coach Jessica” support during this challenging time, so she can get back to doing what she does best!
*Due to the high cost of medical insurance in our country and Jessica being self-employed (she does not have health insurance), all money raised will go to the cost of her surgery, physical therapy and post operative care.*
Your donation and support is greatly appreciated!
With love,
Joanie
