My name is Sydney Rivers, and I am excited to announce that I am running for the 92nd Executive Board 2nd Vice President of the Student Government Association (SGA) at Kentucky State University!

I am currently a rising Junior at KSU, pursuing a dual major in Psychology and Business Finance, with a minor in Marketing. In the past year, I had the honor of serving as the Sophomore Class President, where I led several impactful initiatives that made a positive difference on our campus. These included collaborating with on-campus resources to provide free hygiene and grocery items to students throughout the year, as well as hosting engaging mental health and business professional workshops that benefited my peers.

As I embark on my second chapter within the SGA, I am reaching out for your support. Kentucky State University has provided me with invaluable opportunities to grow both as a leader and a professional, and it has strengthened my desire to advocate for my school and my fellow students. My experiences have shaped me into the leader I am today, and I am passionate about continuing to create positive change at our institution.
