It is with extreme sadness we share the passing of Sydney. On January 1st, she was admitted to the hospital with a high fever and it was discovered she had a bad case of double pneumonia and a blood infection. She fought with everything she had and was starting to get better. She miraculously was discharged on January 9th was able to return home. Unfortunately her blood sugar was very low and caused her to go into cardiac arrest. Sydney passed away at home in her dad’s arms, surrounded with comfort and love.

Sydney was a strong and beautiful little girl who faced many challenges but always showed strength and resilience in every moment. She was born with lobar holoprosencephaly but that didn’t stop her from smiling. She was full of life and happiness. She is missed deeply by her parents Krystal and Brett along with her siblings Bruce, Scarlett and Arielle.

In this incredibly difficult time, Krystal’s family needs our support.
