Hi! My name is Kirsten. My husband Carson and I are raising money to help our kids out. This is a hard thing to put out into the world, but this little family needs a bit of support at this time. Sydney is 24 weeks pregnant and has been just told that due to complications with her pregnancy, she has to stay in Vancouver for the next 3 1/2 months. When Watson was born they had to spend 10 weeks in Vancouver in the Nicu and financially that was very, very difficult to do. A second time for even longer is going to put them in a really tough position. The money raised through this will go to travel costs for Brendan to be able to go see his wife and son while he is working, to help cover accommodation for Sydney and Watson, and for their basic living expenses while there.
