Marissa's Medical Expenses

Marissa Angulo is a wonderful person and friend who has been battling a chronic autoimmune disease for several years now and she needs all the love and support she can get. Right now that illness is causing her severe eye and facial nerve pain that no form of treatment has helped. She is in desperate need of an MRI to find out if a certain treatment could help alleviate that pain. Unfortunately insurance is not willing to cover the cost of the MRI and much of the treatment expenses.

Marissa is not the type of person to ask for help, but I can't think of anyone more deserving and in need of assistance right now. Despite her chronic pain, she continues to work hard and always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face.
