Help me pay my medical bills please

You guys know how much I've been through in recent years well coming up in 2023 I still have cardiac surgery my appointment is in Feb next year as well cataract surgeries for both eyes. I will also have to get my 3rd back surgery at some point as well. I can expect and look forward to getting 6 molars replaced and I don't have dental insurance other than Medicaid as well as pay 6,000 in outstanding medical bills from last year ssi says that I owe 7000 to them for overpayment since I was living in a long-term care facility and a hospital for an extended period which I disagree with. I maintained my residence the whole time
