Jaden Briggs Fighting Leukemia

It’s with a heavy heart that I write this, but my good friend Kelli and her husband Bobby has received the news no parent wants to hear. Jaden their 3 year old has leukemia!

It started one Friday night when Jaden started running a fever but went away with Tylenol. Jaden started complaining of left foot pain and was painful to walk on it for almost a week. The following weekend, he had another fever that went away quickly with Tylenol. Over the past few weeks, Jaden grew more fatigue and cold when the weather started to change.

Last week his teachers told Kelli they were more concerned about Jaden bc he didn't want to go outside and play which isn't like him.He has always been your typical, healthy, fun-loving boy who loves playing outside and going on adventures so when his teacher told Kelli that Jaden only wanted to sleep and was constantly cold
Kelli took him straight to the pediatrician on Friday 11/15.
Jaden's pediatrician checked his hemoglobin and it was at 2.4.

The Brigg's Family was sent straight to MUSC Children's ER.

In 4 Days Jaden has had 7 Blood Transfusions, 2 platelet transfusions,and blood work around the clock.

On Monday November 18th Jaden had a bonemarrow biopsy which confirmed a parent’s worst nightmare.  Jaden has Leukemia!

The Brigg's Family will be in the hospital for a while. I am asking humbly for you to help The Brigg's family cover their expenses during this difficult time, including the costs to cover treatment, bills, food etc.  

Jayden will need a lot of love and attention through this so he can face this like the brave little man he is.  This is why we need your help!
