Elijah’s fight

Elijah is one of the sweetest, most caring, fun loving 15 year old boys you’ll ever meet. Elijah is and has always been a people pleaser and first one to help when needed, but now Elijah and my family needs your help! Elijah being a teenage boy made a bad decision to sneak out and go joy riding with friends, during this time he decided to go car surfing(standing on top of the SUV while his friend drove) and he fell off and hit his head on a curb. Elijah has multiple skull fractures and brain bleeds. He was flown out to NEGMC where he is in the ICU on a vent. He has had to have a craniectomy to reduce the swelling and clear the blood clots from his brain. He is strong and fighting hard but during this time I am unable to work and am a single dad of 4 kids. I am staying with him at the hospital and I am losing my regular paycheck from my full time job plus incurring expenses of staying at the hospital and for food and drinks and my mother has a ton of expenses for traveling back and forth as well as eating and other things. My family needs your help in covering these expenses as well as help with regular monthly bills like rent, utilities, etc that I cannot afford without working. A lot of outpouring of love and offers for help have come in so I have set up this account. Anyone that knows me knows I never ask for help, but my family is more important than anything and I want them to be taken care of without me leaving my son in the ICU to go work.
